Maria Pappas, Co-Founder
Kamilla Romankowski, Co-Founder
Maria and Kamilla are a best friend power team bringing a fresh, educational, and personalized approach to marketing and styling homes as they hit the market in Salt Lake City, Utah.
They have always had a passion for design, and after purchasing their own homes in Salt Lake, saw what they could bring to the table for home buyers and sellers in this market. Coming from business marketing backgrounds, they understand the importance of marketing a property correctly for in-person and online viewing. They understand the psychology of home buyers and use this knowledge to their advantage when staging to sell homes quicker and for top dollar.
Maria and Kamilla are both certified Staging Design Professionals™, Short-Term Rental Stylists, and members of RESA (Real Estate Staging Association).
Riley Craven, Lead Stager & Designer
Born and raised in Northern California, Riley received her BS in Business Marketing in San Francisco. Shortly after moving to Salt Lake City, she received her residential interior design and home staging certifications. She joined SWAY in March of 2022, where she uses her knowledge and experience in both interior design and staging to deliver clients’ budget and aesthetic goals.
